How to make yoghurt

This shows the making of an actual batch of yoghurt in January 2013. Here is an easy practical way to do it at home.

We have tried EasyYo and others without success so we looked up the National Center for Home Food Preservation and David Fankhauser and this is what we made below. Enjoy.Homemade yoghurt

We frequently make 2 batches a week and by re-making starter have got the full cost down to $NZD 1.65/litre ($USD 1.39/qt). This presentation is available as a PDF as well as in the gallery view below.
